Objective: Participants will revisit the essential components to creating an
annual goal to effectively measure the implementation of the improvement
plan.

Selecting Strategies and Quarterly Planning.
Objectives: Participants will learn how to identify a strategy that is aligned to
the need and chunked into manageable quarterly segments.
Each of these structured sessions will be provided to you with the guidance of
the Support Specialist in 60 minute segments, the first 30 minutes of content,
and the second 30 minutes dedicated to questions and working time. We are
excited for the opportunity to meet and talk with you about all of the great work
