CONFERENCE INFORMATION
INFORMATION DESK
With over 100 breakout sessions, including guest speakers, the
conference may inspire many questions in participants. Should any
questions arise that you cannot find an answer to, please make your way
to one of the information booths that are located on the first floor near
the registration area and the fourth floor across from the elevator. There
will be a conference staff member there to answer any question you may
have.
HOW TO DOWNLOAD HANDOUTS
Handouts are available to download from the AIE mobile app. You can
also download handouts from www.aieconference.net. Participants are
encouraged to download handouts to their iPads or electronic devices
in lieu of printing.
INTERNET ACCESS
The Austin Convention Center offers complimentary WiFi access
throughout the entire facility. There is no access code necessary to
connect to the WiFi. Connection speed is dependent on the number of
participants using the Internet at any one time.
