Overview of HS/UK Limited Accreditation
Advanced Workshop
The Advanced Accreditation Workshop provided by HS/UK Ltd will enable you to administer,
analyse and debrief the following Human Synergistics assessments and feedback reports.
Leadership/Impact® (L/I)
Organisational Cultural Inventory® (OCI)
Organisational Effectiveness Inventory® (OEI)
Customer Service Styles Survey (CSSS)
Built around a three day programme, this is the second part of the Human Synergistics,
Accreditation Programme. Full attendance of the Foundation Workshop is a pre requisite.
Day One:
Leadership/Impact
Day Two and Three:
Combined OCI and OEI – plus CSSS
This workshop is designed to provide you with an in-depth understanding of the Human
Synergistics tools which measure leadership and organisational culture. Throughout the
workshop specialist lecturers build on the knowledge gained during the Foundation Workshop
with relevant practical experiences. They reveal the benefits of using this integrated suite of
diagnostic instruments in the implementation of transformation programmes.
Prior to the workshop you will be provided with reading materials and have the opportunity to
conduct a Leadership/Impact survey. The Leadership/Impact report will form part of your
learning during the Accreditation Programme.
In addition you are able to develop or plan a small Action Learning Project using one of the
following instruments: LSI, GSI or OCI.
A member of our Accreditation Team will be available to co ordinate the projects for you and
guide you through the stages of Accreditation.
Post accreditation you have one month to complete a short exam assessment. Feedback will be
provided and upon successful completion you will be issues with a certificate which recognises
you as a Human Synergistics, Accredited Practitioner.

Continued Professional Development
As part of your professional development as an Accredited Consultant you will be required to
demonstrate use of a Circumplex based instrument and complete your own personal LSI or L/I
every two years.
