Through Wärtsilä Land & Sea Academy (WLSA), we teach the operation

safety. Courses and programs of WLSA are delivered in a way that’s right
for your organization, through on-board, on-site, or on-line training. Courses
include hands-on training programs to simulator-based power plant or ships,
taught by specialized teams of experienced engineers and former operators.
If that’s not convenient, courses in WLSA’s growing e-learning offering are
also available, taught either in real time or in self-contained modules that
can be downloaded when the student is free.
