LOW SULPHUR FUEL CONVERSION
PACKAGE FOR SECAS
A modification package that will enable low
sulphur fuel operation for marine installations in
SECA areas so they are compliant with Marpol
Annex VI requirements (SO X emissions).
FRESH WATER SCRUBBER (FWS)
Fresh water scrubbers are currently the
cheapest way to reduce your sulphur emission,
while being always in control of your efficiency,
effluent and having the lower CO 2 signature
compare to alternative mean of compliance. It’s
also the only technology enabling the holding of
effluent on board while at port.

WÄRTSILÄ IOXI
Integrated Oxidation catalyst (IOXI) is a
compact, cost efficient product that is
applicable for moderate carbon monoxide and
formaldehyde reduction of gas engines.
Equipped with IOXI system, the engine can be
benchmarked to emission requirements, (for
instance, the German TA LUFT).
