To be an effective adult educator, it is essential for you to understand policy planning and<br />
implementation of adult education. This course presents adult education in Five Year Plans,<br />
agencies involved in implementation of adult education, and emphasises participatory training<br />
and research in adult education for creating a literate and educative environment aimed at<br />
promoting lifelong learning. This course consists of four Blocks, together containing 16 units.<br />
