National Management<br />
At the national level, the coordination of this programme will be through the existing<br />
Strategic Management Team (SMT). The SMT consists of all Cluster Managers in the<br />
Department of Health, <strong>and</strong> is chaired by the Director-General (see Figure 15.1). The SMT<br />
already meets on a bi-weekly basis, <strong>and</strong> this plat<strong>for</strong>m will be used to drive<br />
implementation, with guidance from the <strong>HIV</strong>, <strong>AIDS</strong> <strong>and</strong> TB Cluster.<br />
