Our ambition to double our revenue by 2015<br />

can be within our reach. The acceleration in<br />

growth, as seen in the good results for Fiscal<br />

<strong>2006</strong>, demonstrates that we are on track to<br />

attain our medium term objective of average<br />

annual revenue growth of 7%.<br />

I would like to take this opportunity to<br />

again recognize and thank all Sodexho<br />

employees around the world, each of whom<br />

has contributed to the achievement of this<br />

encouraging Fiscal <strong>2006</strong> performance.<br />

To sustain these efforts over the long-term,<br />

our teams today are fully mobilized around<br />

the fi ve strategic imperatives we have defi ned:<br />

- accelerate profi table organic growth, through<br />

winning new clients, improved client<br />

retention and by increasing sales on<br />

existing sites;<br />

- improve operating profi ts, margins and<br />

cash fl ow;<br />

- ensure compliance through reinforced<br />

standards, business rigor and best practices;<br />

- live our values, continuing to be recognized<br />

On this last point, it has always been<br />

my conviction that the 332,000 people of<br />

Sodexho are our company’s most valued<br />

resource. Motivated by shared values and<br />

a common mission that guides their daily<br />

actions in delivering services, every day, to<br />

more than 40 million customers, it is our<br />

employees who allow us to differentiate<br />

ourselves. Through their commitment and<br />

dedication, we will maintain our leadership<br />

position. This is why one of our priorities<br />

is improving our ability to attract, train,<br />

develop and retain the best talent.<br />

Creating a competitive advantage through<br />

our people also means that Sodexho must<br />

increasingly refl ect, at all levels, the diversity<br />
