6.1. Logistics solutions platform enhancement
We have increased the sharing and transparency
among the 18 business units. It enables
us to craft our services to meet customers’
needs, to position our services for new market
segment and develop innovative services.
6.2. Sourcing and Marketing services
Coping with the market complexity, we
strengthen the unit with internal network support.
We partner with professionals to develop
specific category logistics solutions such as
wine logistics.
6.3. E-business logistics Unit
Apart from value added services in logistics
solutions, vertical integration logistics solutions
are being studied. An example is the study of
e business portal for facilitating customers for
setting up new business model.
