李 炳 洪 總 裁 的 概 述
On presenting the first Intellectual Capital
Management Report, I would like to take this
opportunity to thank for the continuing support
from colleagues, partners, customers, government,
friends, bankers, associations, venture
capital investors, users of our services, families
and the society. This report describes what KW
does to keep ourselves a knowledge driven and
continuing developing enterprise.
We stick on our vision – “we are committed to
be the leading logistics solutions provider in
China and Hong Kong SAR through the development
of staff and partners and by offering
customers’ intimacy”.
Since the establishment in 1971, we have been
keeping our enterprise flexible, adopting changes,
valuing opportunities and continuing developing.
Knowledge-driven is our foundation. We
equip the team (around 40 personnel in Hong
Kong and 200 personnel in China) with latest
expertise with motivating working environment
at which it is essential to be our clients’ innovative
and competitive edge in logistics. As the
result, we develop 18 business units with 37
China offices to cope with demands under four
main categories namely China Logistics, Hong
Kong and Pearl River Transport, Freight Management
and Logistics Solutions.
I am delighted to report that KW received
Mainland Logistics (SME) Award 2005 in Hong
Kong. Our Freight Unit (Transland Shipping
Ltd) received a sponsorship fund amounted
HK$500,000.00 to develop a warehouse management
system which is expected to be implemented
November 2010.
Finally, we follow our motto “Your success is
our success”. We look forward to receiving your
enquiries and support so as to maintain an
everlasting relationship.

朋 友 們 , 家 人 和 社 會 各 界 人 士 的 大 力 支 持 。 這 份
報 告 概 述 了 光 榮 在 促 進 企 業 發 展 的 同 時 不 斷 推 動
知 識 的 分 享 。
我 們 堅 信 我 們 的 夢 想 -“ 致 力 通 過 同 事 , 合 作 夥
伴 及 與 客 戶 建 立 友 好 的 關 係 , 在 中 港 兩 地 成 為 一
間 極 具 領 導 地 位 的 物 流 方 案 供 應 商 。
自 1971 年 成 立 以 來 , 我 們 堅 持 靈 活 善 變 , 把 握
機 會 並 持 續 發 展 的 宗 旨 來 推 動 知 識 的 基 本 原 理 。
我 們 以 最 新 的 專 業 知 識 以 及 激 發 動 力 的 工 作 環 境
來 裝 備 我 們 的 團 體 ( 大 約 40 位 香 港 和 200 位 中 國
內 地 的 員 工 ), 以 推 動 我 們 的 客 戶 在 物 流 行 中 增
加 競 爭 和 創 新 的 優 勢 。 因 此 , 我 們 成 立 了 四 個 服
務 知 識 範 疇 - 中 國 內 地 物 流 , 香 港 及 珠 三 角 洲 的
運 輸 , 國 際 貨 運 代 理 及 第 三 方 物 流 方 案 , 其 中 包
含 18 個 服 務 領 域 和 37 個 中 國 內 地 的 散 貨 點 。
我 很 榮 幸 地 概 述 了 光 榮 在 2005 年 取 得 了 “ 香 港 內
地 物 流 ( 中 小 企 業 ) 獎 ”。 在 我 們 的 國 際 貨 運 代
理 的 領 域 裏 ( 榮 通 船 務 有 限 公 司 ) 獲 得 了 香 港 物
流 發 展 局 50 萬 元 的 基 金 資 助 來 開 發 和 完 善 倉 庫 管
理 系 統 , 計 畫 將 於 2010 年 11 月 圓 滿 完 成 。
最 後 , 我 們 會 遵 從 我 們 的 座 右 銘 “ 你 的 成 功 就 是
我 們 的 成 功 ”。 我 們 期 待 收 到 大 家 的 垂 詢 和 大 力
的 支 持 , 致 使 我 們 彼 此 不 斷 地 能 維 持 永 久 的 合 作
關 係 。
