Adjustment pulley (D), 107 M+<br />
This procedure is valid for 107 M+ , where<br />
the blades rotate against each other.<br />
To dismantle the adjustment pulleys (D), first<br />
remove the timing belt as described previously.<br />
Then proceed as follows:<br />
1. Remove the nuts (B and C), take care of the<br />
screws and washers from the under side.<br />
2. Take out the entire adjustment plate with the<br />
two pulleys and remove the pulleys. Use two<br />
17 mm spanners.<br />
3. Disassemble the pulleys by removing the<br />
four M6 screws with nuts.<br />
4. Check the bearings by rotating them. No<br />
abnormal noise shall be heard.<br />
5. Assemble the pulleys in reverse order.<br />
6. Refit and adjust the timing belt as described<br />
previously.<br />
