It is essential to balance of blades when installing them, this reduces <strong>wind</strong> noise <strong>and</strong> badly<br />
balanced blades will cause damage to the <strong>wind</strong> turbine. Fix the blades without fully tightening<br />
the bolts. Adjust the distance between blades tips to be equal before screwing in all the bolts.<br />

Make sure: L1=L2=L3 (error allowed: ±5mm)<br />
Use a torque wrench spanner to tighten blades’ bolts 200w - 300w=15Nm±1<br />
500w - 1kw - 2kw = 30Nm±1 3kw - 5kw -10kw - 20kw = 50Nm±1<br />
Note: These values are imperative. If they are not respected, we decline all responsibility for possible<br />
damage to the blades or flange.
