Management Leadership in Occupational Safety and Health Benefits of good safety and health Addressing health and safety provides opportunities to improve business efficiency as well as safeguarding workers. These have been analysed in the recent European Survey of Enterprises on New and Emerging Risks (ESENER) ( 2 ).
