Assembly Precautions<br />
Assemble only according to these instructions.<br />
Improper assembly can create hazards.<br />
Wear ANSI-approved safety goggles and<br />
heavy-duty work gloves during assembly and<br />
during use.<br />
Keep assembly area clean and well lit.<br />
Keep bystanders out of the area during assembly.<br />
Do not assemble when tired or when under<br />
the influence of drugs or medication.<br />
Specific Safety Warnings<br />
Do not exceed 130 lb. max. weight capacity<br />
evenly distributed. Be aware of dynamic<br />
loading! Dropping or bouncing a load may<br />
briefly create excess load causing product<br />
failure.<br />
Do not open more than one <strong>drawer</strong> at a time.<br />

Load and distribute evenly from the bottom<br />

Handles (1) using chains, ropes or other lifting<br />
devices as the Side Handles may fail.<br />
Wear safety glasses and gloves when cutting<br />
the banding material. The bands may snap<br />
and fly out.<br />
Do not mount this product on a truck bed or<br />
any other moving object.<br />
Do not tow this product with power equipment<br />
as the product could tip.<br />
Secure this product well before moving it with<br />
a forklift.<br />
Do not alter this product in any manner. For<br />
example, do not weld external lock bars or<br />
attach electrical equipment.<br />
Keep the product on level surfaces. The<br />
product may become unstable and tip if<br />
stored or moved onto an inclined surface.<br />
Close the cover and lock the <strong>drawer</strong>s before<br />
moving this product. The <strong>drawer</strong>s could<br />
come open and make the product unstable<br />
and tip.<br />
When placing this chest onto a bottom chest,<br />
be sure it sits on the bottom chest securely.<br />
Failure to do so may cause the chest to slide<br />
or fall off.<br />
Spread the weight evenly in the <strong>drawer</strong>s. If<br />
the weight is not spread out evenly, the contents<br />
could shift and fall out.<br />
