Assembly Precautions<br />

Assemble only according to these instructions.<br />

Improper assembly can create hazards.<br />

Wear ANSI-approved safety goggles and<br />

heavy-duty work gloves during assembly and<br />

during use.<br />

Keep assembly area clean and well lit.<br />

Keep bystanders out of the area during assembly.<br />

Do not assemble when tired or when under<br />

the influence of drugs or medication.<br />

Specific Safety Warnings<br />

Do not exceed 130 lb. max. weight capacity<br />

evenly distributed. Be aware of dynamic<br />

loading! Dropping or bouncing a load may<br />

briefly create excess load causing product<br />

failure.<br />

Do not open more than one <strong>drawer</strong> at a time.<br />

Load and distribute evenly from the bottom<br />

up.<br />

Do not climb or stand on upper chest.<br />

Inspect the product before use; do not use if<br />

there are parts that are loose or damaged.<br />

Use for intended purposes only.<br />

The handle and swivel casters must be attached<br />

to the same side of the product.<br />

Do not stand on this product. You could fall,<br />

which may cause personal injury.<br />

Be careful when opening more than one<br />

<strong>drawer</strong>. The product may become unstable<br />

and tip.<br />

When moving this product, do not pull it.<br />

Push the product to prevent personal injury.<br />

Do not attempt to lift the chest by the Side<br />

Handles (1) using chains, ropes or other lifting<br />

devices as the Side Handles may fail.<br />

Wear safety glasses and gloves when cutting<br />

the banding material. The bands may snap<br />

and fly out.<br />

Do not mount this product on a truck bed or<br />

any other moving object.<br />

Do not tow this product with power equipment<br />

as the product could tip.<br />

Secure this product well before moving it with<br />

a forklift.<br />

Do not alter this product in any manner. For<br />

example, do not weld external lock bars or<br />

attach electrical equipment.<br />

Keep the product on level surfaces. The<br />

product may become unstable and tip if<br />

stored or moved onto an inclined surface.<br />

Close the cover and lock the <strong>drawer</strong>s before<br />

moving this product. The <strong>drawer</strong>s could<br />

come open and make the product unstable<br />

and tip.<br />

When placing this chest onto a bottom chest,<br />

be sure it sits on the bottom chest securely.<br />

Failure to do so may cause the chest to slide<br />

or fall off.<br />

Spread the weight evenly in the <strong>drawer</strong>s. If<br />

the weight is not spread out evenly, the contents<br />

could shift and fall out.<br />

Assembly Instructions<br />

before set up or use of this product.<br />

Maintenance<br />

TO REMOVE DRAWERS: (See Detail Fig. 1)<br />

Pull <strong>drawer</strong> out so it is almost fully extended.<br />

Push down right hand black release lever,<br />

while pulling up left hand black release lever.<br />

While holding the levers in the positions as<br />

instructed above, pull the <strong>drawer</strong> outward<br />

until it is released from the <strong>drawer</strong> slide.<br />

TO REPLACE DRAWERS: (See Picture 1)<br />

Extend the <strong>drawer</strong> slides from the cabinet.<br />

Insert the brackets on each side of the<br />

<strong>drawer</strong> into the slots in the cabinet slides.<br />

Once the <strong>drawer</strong> is properly inserted, completely<br />

close the <strong>drawer</strong> to set the slides in<br />

their proper positions.<br />

standards, and warrants to the original purchaser that this product is free from defects in materials<br />

and workmanship for the period of 90 days from the date of purchase. This warranty does not apply to<br />

damage due directly or indirectly, to misuse, abuse, negligence or accidents, repairs or alterations outside<br />

our facilities, criminal activity, improper installation, normal wear and tear, or to lack of maintenance. We<br />

shall in no event be liable for death, injuries to persons or property, or for incidental, contingent, special<br />

or consequential damages arising from the use of our product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or<br />

limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation of exclusion may not apply to<br />

you. This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied,<br />

including the warranties of merchantability and fitness.<br />

To take advantage of this warranty, the product or part must be returned to us with transportation<br />

charges prepaid. Proof of purchase date and an explanation of the complaint must accompany the merchandise.<br />

If our inspection verifies the defect, we will either repair or replace the product at our election<br />

or we may elect to refund the purchase price if we cannot readily and quickly provide you with a replacement.<br />

We will return repaired products at our expense, but if we determine there is no defect, or that the<br />

defect resulted from causes not within the scope of our warranty, then you must bear the cost of returning<br />

the product.<br />

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from<br />
