Clothing<br />
The NOC teams should wear their national uniforms. IOC regulations (Rule 50 and Bye-law<br />
to Rule 50 from the Olympic Charter) are also valid for EYOF 2013.<br />
Advertising<br />
In accordance with the Charter of EYOF, Rule 20 no form of advertising or publicity may<br />
appear in any form whatsoever on clothing, accessories or, more generally on any item of<br />
clothing or piece of equipment worn or carried by the delegations during EYOF, with the<br />
exception of the manufacturer’s identification and logo, as stipulated in the rules of the IOC.<br />
All violations of the provisions of this clause shall lead to disqualification and the withdrawal<br />
of the accreditation of the person concerned.<br />
The size of the manufacturer’s identification shall in general not exceed 20 cm2 (clothing)<br />
and 6cm2 for accessories.<br />
3.4 . Results<br />
In the event of a tie, FIG <strong>Technical</strong> Regulations 2013 (Section 2 - Reg. 4.4) for the Olympics<br />
will apply. All results will be published in English. The results as well as the programme for<br />
the following day will be made available and published on the notice board at the Sports<br />
Information Desk at the venue and in Olympic Village I in the NOC Services Centre on a<br />
daily basis.<br />
3.5 . Inquiries<br />
Inquiries for the Difficulty scores are allowed, provided that they are made verbally<br />
immediately after the publication of the score or at the very latest before the end of the<br />
exercise of the following gymnast or group, for the last gymnast or group of a rotation, this<br />
limit is one minute after the score is shown on the score board. The person designated to<br />
receive the verbal inquiry has to note the time of receiving it and this starts the procedure.<br />
Only the accredited coaches in the competition area are entitled to submit an inquiry. An<br />
area close to the podium where the coach of the competing gymnast can observe the<br />
exercise will be designated. Late verbal inquiries will be rejected.<br />
Complaints against a gymnast from another NOC are not allowed. Inquiries for the Execution<br />
scores are not allowed. The inquiry must be confirmed as soon as possible in writing, but<br />
within four minutes at the latest after the verbal inquiry and requires an agreement in respect<br />
of payment of € 250 for the first complaint; € 400 for the second complaint and € 800 for the<br />
third complaint. If the inquiry is not confirmed in writing within four minutes, the procedure<br />
becomes obsolete. If the inquiry proves correct and is accepted, this sum will be reimbursed.<br />
Otherwise, the sum will be transferred to the UEG foundation.<br />
