Exhibit Hall (formally Touchstations) The exhibit hall will be filled with technology driven solutions and industry suppliers who embrace technology in their business. Attendees will be able to network and learn from exhibit hall vendors throughout the day during registration, extended lunch in the hall, and breaks. Unlike in previous year's we are open to traditional vendors, but will work with them to showcase their technology innovations. (A CVB talking about their new mobile app... etc..) The exhibit hall will be more lounge like replacing the traditional table with pods of chairs (4 chairs and a little table) allowing the vendors to modify their area to create individuality. We are also encouraging vendors to bring mobile presentations (ipad etc.) and walk around the exhibit space which will also have high boys throughout. A ipad DJ will be pumping in some music into the hall, and AV suppliers will assist in creating a more modern networking vibe. We will also be implementing smaller unconference elements in the networking hall to accommodate learner needs and increase touchpoints. Networking Reception We will wrap up the day at a two hour networking event after the conference. Attending will be conference attendees and additional community members. The reception will take place in a lower level event facility with gaming, bowling, and a bar. This reception will be the perfect place to network, relax, and create lasting relationships for future business.
