Properly sized storage is crucial to realizing the maximum
performance of your compressed air investment. Often critical in
the operation and reliability of a system, stored compressed air
provides the capacitance necessary for the system to react to
demands from the production floor. Additional sufficient storage
provides a buffer to enable the controls from rapid cycling of your
compressors. Ingersoll-Rand long has recognized the need for
properly sizing the air storage system. Our experts will help you in
identifying your storage requirements. Receivers are available in
sizes ranging from 120 gallon through 5,000 gallon and with
ratings of 125, 150, 300, 550 and 725 Maximum Allowable
Working Pressure.
