TRADE EXPERIENCE<br />
20. I understand that the documents acceptable as evidence to a Local Committee, as proof of trade experience, are stipulated in<br />
section 2 of the <strong>ARTC</strong> Applicant Guidelines and that the documents I provide as evidence with this application must comply<br />
with these requirements.<br />
21. I understand that if I provide documents not stipulated in the <strong>ARTC</strong> Applicant Guidelines, for example, pay slips, tax returns,<br />
photographs, contracts of employment etc, those documents will not be considered as evidence because they do not<br />
establish I have undertaken the broad range of duties over a period of time in my nominated trade/s.<br />
22. I understand that all employment statements I submit with my application must contain the information prescribed in the <strong>ARTC</strong><br />
Applicant Guidelines. See employment statement information on page 3.<br />
23. I understand that if I submit employment statements they must be signed and dated by an appropriate person ie. my employer<br />
or direct supervisor and must include that person’s title.<br />

FURTHER ASSESSMENT<br />
25. I understand that a Local Committee may require me to undertake additional assessment including but not limited to a<br />
technical interview and/or trade test.<br />
26. I understand that if I refuse to comply with any additional assessment requirement, my application will be refused by the Local<br />

28. I understand that if I submit a statutory declaration to support my application, I must provide a reason for submitting the<br />
Statutory Declaration. Statutory declarations that do not contain a reason for submission will not be considered as evidence.<br />
29. I understand that if I submit a statutory declaration, I must include details of the work I undertook during my employment<br />
including my day-to-day duties, tools and equipment, projects and jobs I worked on and any other information that indicates I<br />
undertook the regular duties of a tradesperson in the trade I am being assessed for, as set out in section 2 of the <strong>ARTC</strong><br />
