The Secret of Belgian Chocolate Compliments Procurement Manager Quintin Borthwick shares the details of his trip to the chocolate capital of the world. Our procurement managers and product developers travel the globe to bring you the best trends and ingredients. The team’s latest adventure took them to Europe, where Quintin researched the secret behind Belgian chocolate. “Belgian chocolates are at the top of the list with consumers worldwide,” explains Quintin. “They have a stellar reputation, and the quality of their chocolate is fantastic – something I definitely wanted to bring to our line of treats this year.” Belgium’s global reputation is built on years of knowledge, strong tradition and using only the finest-quality ingredients, including 100% cocoa butter.
