Perfect for agencies or trade press to capitalise on hungry attendees looking for up-to-date news or press releases
Seminar Hosting and Branding – £1,500
Invite your key customers and potential new business to your very own seminar whereby you can captivate your audience with
your latest news and service offerings. Full training and support will be provided and can last up to one hour. The seminar room
will be branded in your logos and colours and will be available for the full duration of the event as a pod-cast. The format can
be Avatar-based or supplied as an edited video fi le and all attendees who visit the seminar are passed on to you for ‘Follow-up’,
adding to your prospects list.
Seminar Sponsor – £450 per session
Sponsor a seminar hosted by an industry professional or an industry debate created by the VEW team. The seminar will be live
but also available as a pod-cast for the duration of the event ensuring a long-term branding exercise. Receive full branding with
click through rates and all attendees details who enter the seminar – great for data capture.
Networking Bar Sponsor – £750 per month
The hub of the show will be the Bar! Drink a virtual coffee or beer with industry professionals or leave and read notes on the
“white board.” There will also be a monthly networking event hosted by Stand Out magazine to maximise your brand awareness
and data capture. You will receive all attendees information who visit the Bar so is not only great for increased web traffi c, SEO
and branding but also creating an extensive database.
