10. The Rules Committee under the Supreme Court of Judicature Act may
subject to the provisions of this Act make rules governing appeals to the
Court of Appeal.
11. The President may make regulations generally for carrying out the provisions
of this Act and the provisions of section 125 of the Income Tax Act,
so far as they are applicable, shall apply to the making of such regulations
under this section as if these provisions were expressly incorporated
herein.
