Allowance for the Purpose of<br />

Calculating Overtime Allowance<br />

HRA was included for arriving<br />

at total emoluments for the<br />

purpose of calculating OT<br />

allowance. This has been<br />

discontinued as per recent<br />

directive from the IHQ, Navy.<br />

The implementation of all such<br />

cases may be effected only after<br />

clear cut directive from the<br />

concerned Ministry.<br />

instructions have been issued to<br />

Cadre Controlling Authorities for<br />

consulting staff side before the<br />

cadre review proposals are<br />

finalized. The progress of RRs is as<br />
