• A rather complete computerisation <strong>of</strong> the procurement<br />
practices <strong>of</strong> a company is being contemplated.<br />
• Previously procurement was manifested in the following<br />
physically separate as well as designwise differently formatted<br />
paper documents: requisition form, order form, purchase order,<br />
delivery inspection form, rejection and return form, and<br />
payment form.<br />
• The supplier had corresponding forms: order acceptance and<br />
quotation form, delivery form, return acceptance form, invoice<br />
form, return verification form, and payment acceptance form.<br />
• The current concern is only the procurement forms, not the<br />
supplier forms.<br />
