[ Business Process Reengineering, Human Behaviour Reengineering ]
Dines Bjorner: 8th DRAFT: October 14, 2008
Example. 5 – Human Behaviour Reengineering:
invisible
• A company has experienced certain lax attitudes among
members of a certain category of staff.
• The progress of certain work procedures therefore is
reengineered,
• implying that members of another category of staff are
henceforth expected to follow up on the progress of “that”
work.
• In a subsequent domain requirements stage the above
reengineering
• leads to a number of requirements for computerised monitoring
of the two groups of staff.
