mind and body, releases stress,<br />

strengthens and stretches the entire<br />

body, thus improving flexibility, balance,<br />

warm up, sun salutations, mobility.<br />

Hatha Yoga<br />

Accessible to all levels <strong>of</strong> fitness.<br />

Emphasis is on static stretching,<br />

s<strong>of</strong>t movements, and breathing<br />

exercises (pranayama). Enjoy guided<br />

relaxation at the end <strong>of</strong> each class.<br />

VinYasa Yoga<br />

Classes <strong>of</strong>fers students a greater<br />

challenge. Once postures are mastered,<br />

students are taught to “flow” or<br />

transition their postures in a breath<br />

synchronized motion.<br />

Students will be lead through a<br />

warm up, sun salutations, work phase,<br />

standing balances and then a cool<br />

down with seated and supine work as<br />

well as deep stretching. Poses are<br />

technique referred to as Vinyasa.<br />
