Assisted Propelled Bike!<br />

This bike is designed for individuals with MS,<br />

Parkinson’s, stroke etc. who cannot/or have<br />

difficulty in using their legs. We will have a<br />

reservation sheet set up so that people can<br />

sign up in advance and know that there will<br />

be a piece <strong>of</strong> equipment for them to use.<br />

Personal training using this bike<br />

will be available.<br />

Are You Ready To WERQ?<br />

JCC members will be sweating to the latest<br />

chart-topping tunes in the “fiercely fun<br />

dance fitness class” called WERQ (pronounced<br />

“work”). Based on pop, rock and hip-hop<br />

songs and easy, high-energy dance steps,<br />

WERQ is for “dancers and nondancers alike.<br />

<strong>The</strong> warm-up previews some <strong>of</strong> the dance<br />

steps and the cool-down uses<br />

yoga-inspired static stretching.<br />
