and two storey houses Inter-war period houses within garden settings on large lots, within ablue<br />

gum high forest streetscape setting. The <strong>Heritage</strong> <strong>Conservation</strong> Area boundary encompasses a<br />

representative collection of fine inter war period housing, including two heritage listed houses at 59<br />

and 41 Pymble Avenue, No. 41 Elderslie, having been designed by architects Peddle Thorp &<br />

Walker in 1939 with innovative design features.<br />
