Balance is the key link between strength and function. Safe and results-oriented balance training is much<br />

muscular coordination will reduce the incidence of injury as well as im<strong>pro</strong>ve joint stability required for<br />
im<strong>pro</strong>ved power initiation. Static, dynamic and “act and react” balance challenge concepts will be taught<br />
