FLUID VIEW Wet Location Strip Light<br />
FLUID VIEW Wet Location Strip Light is commercial-grade strip designed for outdoor<br />
and indoor home and business use and is waterproof (but not submersible)<br />
with a wet location rating of IP 68. Drawing only 1.44 watts of power per foot,<br />
these dimmable strips are extremely energy-efficient. This flat strip is only a quarter<br />
inch high by a third of an inch wide, so it can be installed virtually anywhere.<br />
Boat owners find FLUID VIEWs great for onboard deck lighting, galleys, and<br />
sleeping quarters. Au<strong>to</strong>motive experts use them for footwell illumination, in the<br />
glove box, under the chassis, or even under the hood. These strip lights are ideal<br />
for restaurants and retail s<strong>to</strong>res; decorative and accent lighting; garden, deck,<br />
and patio lighting; boats and camping. They can be used for lighting art, food, and<br />
wine cellars (no UV emissions and low heat); trade show exhibits and outdoor tent<br />
lighting; under cabinet lighting, bookshelves, cupboards, and drawers. They also<br />
light pathways, stairways, and architectural models.<br />
For simple assembly, connect the strip <strong>to</strong> <strong>our</strong> Waterproof Plug <strong>to</strong> DC Adapter Connec<strong>to</strong>r<br />
(DI-0710) and a Plug-In Adapter (p. 74). Each spool comes with a pair of<br />
Waterproof Solder Connec<strong>to</strong>rs <strong>to</strong> connect the strip <strong>to</strong> a Hard-Wired Driver. The<br />
FLUID VIEW can also be powered by any of <strong>our</strong> hard-wired dimmable drivers (p.<br />
76) which connect <strong>to</strong> household wiring and a 120V AC dimmer. The wet location<br />
FLUID VIEW is installed by simply mounting it where you wish with the 9 clips,<br />
18 screws, 5 end caps, and 1 Waterproof Solder Connec<strong>to</strong>r Pair that are<br />
included with each spool.<br />
