Cancellation and No Show:
The room can be cancelled free of charge until May 15 th , 2010. The cancellation after this date will result
in monetary restitutions to the hotel. Those restitutions are based on the following scale:
Cancellation after May 15, 2010 – 30% of the total room revenue;
Cancellation after May 23, 2010 – 50% of the total room revenue;
Cancellation after June 7, 2010 – 100% of the total room revenue
Any guest room reservation confirmed and guaranteed through the Reservation Form, but not claimed
on the day of arrival (no show), will be charged with 100% of the total room revenue..
