CREDIT TRANSFER
Students can apply <strong>for</strong> credit transfer only ONCE
during your study
Only the core courses are available <strong>for</strong> credit
transfer
Credit transfer should be limited to a maximum of
50% of the total credit units <strong>for</strong> the award being
pursued.
Applic<strong>at</strong>ions <strong>for</strong> credit transfer <strong>for</strong> the work
completed prior to entry to the University must be
made be<strong>for</strong>e the start of the first semester
Online Applic<strong>at</strong>ion deadline: 7 September 2013

CREDIT TRANSFER
Applic<strong>at</strong>ion fee <strong>for</strong> each credit transfer applic<strong>at</strong>ion
is $140 (non-refundable).
Completed applic<strong>at</strong>ion <strong>for</strong>m together with the
required fees payment <strong>and</strong> supporting
documents, i.e. official transcripts (or certified
true copies) <strong>and</strong> syllabi of the courses completed
should be submitted by post or in person <strong>at</strong> the
Taught Postgradu<strong>at</strong>e Student Records Service
Counter of SGS on or be<strong>for</strong>e 7 September 2013.

ADD/DROP COURSES
For courses which are web-enabled, add/drops can be per<strong>for</strong>med
during the web registr<strong>at</strong>ion period, 20 August - 9 September 2013.
For courses which are not web-enabled (SEE6999 Dissert<strong>at</strong>ion),
students can make use of the Print Add/Drop Form in AIMS from 5
August 2013 to submit requests to SEE <strong>for</strong> approval.
Deadline <strong>for</strong> courses registr<strong>at</strong>ion (add/drop of courses):
9 September 2013, 11:30p.m.
Full time students should register <strong>for</strong> courses <strong>at</strong> a total of <strong>at</strong> least
twelve credit units. (Maximum study period: 2.5 yr)
Part-time students should register <strong>for</strong> courses up to three courses, i.e.
no more than eleven credit units in total. (Maximum study period: 5 yr)
Tuition fee will be charged on a per credit unit basis after course
registr<strong>at</strong>ion.
