access according to the Public Administration Act
as well as the Access to Public Administration Files
Act.
In other cases so far some information given to the
Danish Competition Authority under the Pilot
Project may be exempted on a case-by-case basis
from the right to access under the Public Administration
Act and the Access to Public Administration
Files Act. Although possibly applicable to
most of the records given to the Danish Competition
Authority, these exemptions do not apply to
all of the material and they can only be applied
after having balanced the interests involved in the
specific case.
