2.03.12. MF-15 – Multifamily-15 District<br />

(A) General Purpose and Description<br />

The MF-15 – Multifamily-15 District is an attached residential district intended to provide a<br />

maximum residential density <strong>of</strong> fifteen (15) dwelling units per Net Acreage, Subdivision (Page 296).<br />

The principal permitted land uses will include multifamily dwellings.<br />

(B) Permitted Uses<br />

(1) Uses permitted in the MF-15 – Multifamily-15 District are outlined in Subsection 3.01. Use <strong>of</strong><br />

Land and Buildings (Page 84).<br />

(2) Single family residential development shall comply with the standards set forth in following<br />

districts.<br />

(3) When a multifamily zoning district is developed as single family residential and is adjacent to a<br />

single family residential zoning district(s), the first two rows <strong>of</strong> lots shall be developed to<br />

standards not more than two Single Family Residential zoning districts more dense than the<br />

adjacent single family residential zoning district(s).<br />

(C) Area Regulations<br />

Property and buildings shall conform to the related standards listed within 2.06.04. Residential<br />

Districts Development Standards (Page 81) and Subsection 4.12 Multifamily Development<br />

Standards (Page 203).<br />

(D) Maximum Density<br />

Fifteen (15) dwelling units per net acre.<br />
