Introduction
Vehicles are an effective means of communicating MAN Diesel & Turbo’s
image in the experience chain. The MAN Diesel & Turbo, MAN PrimeServ
and MAN PowerManagement brands are presented to the public in a
professional way through consistent vehicle identification.
The brandlabelling together with the colour silver for our vehicles create
MAN Diesel & Turbo employs a wide
range of vehicle types and models worldwide.
Vehicle branding therefore follows
comprehensive design principles and
is adapted to the specifi c vehicle.
Station wagon
Vehicle colour
MAN Diesel & Turbo vehicles are painted
silver, a premium colour that conveys a
technical aspect and high quality.
Design elements: MAN Diesel & Turbo
and MAN company logo
Branding on corporate vehicles always
consists of the MAN company logo and
the standard MAN Diesel & Turbo logo.
The size and placement are adapted to
the specifi c type of vehicle. Structures on
the vehicle must not impair the readability
of the branding.
The construction of vehicles results
in a generally horizontal composition
of areas. For this reason, the MAN company
logo and the MAN Diesel & Turbo
logo are combined horizontally in
vehicle branding. The most prominent
areas are always branded with the
MAN Diesel & Turbo logo.

Only the simple version of the MAN
The logo colour is defined as black, which
ensures a high-contrast and high-quality
brand presence on the silver vehicles.
The simple version of the MAN company
Production methods
Which production method is used for the
logo depends on the background.
Labelling elements that are to be applied
directly to the vehicle’s body are produced
on a cutting plotter.
Higher demands are placed on labelling
that is to be applied to tarpaulins, since
these must frequently be rolled up
and unrolled. The labelling for vehicle
tarpaulins should therefore be produced
with elastic PVC paints.
Production methods
Which production method is used for
the logo depends on the background.
Labelling elements that are to be
applied directly to the vehicle’s body
are produced on a cutting plotter.
Higher demands are placed on labelling
that is to be applied to tarpaulins, since
these must frequently be rolled up and
unrolled. The labelling for vehicle tarpaulins
should therefore be produced with
elastic PVC paints.
