The program aims upgrading the expertise and capabilities <strong>of</strong> the faculty<br />
members <strong>of</strong> the degree-level institutions in the country by allowing<br />
them to pursue their further studies in various departments <strong>of</strong> IIT<br />
<strong>Bombay</strong> . Faculty members also get r oom in MTNL Guest House,<br />
