the crutches or walker is not returned in time.<br />
8.2.4 Dental Treatment<br />
The facilities available in our hospital is extended free <strong>of</strong> charge to the<br />
entitled persons except dental prosthesis. Dental treatment from a<br />
private dentist or hospital even under the advice <strong>of</strong> AMA or under<br />
emergency is not admissible. Major dental operations done in<br />
Govt./Municipal Hospital under the advice <strong>of</strong> AMA will be reimbursed.<br />
Cost <strong>of</strong> dentures as well as treatment for orthodontia is inadmissible.<br />
8.3 Hospital Rules for Students<br />
All students <strong>of</strong> the <strong>Institute</strong> are entitled to free medical attendance &<br />
treatment available in the institute hospital in the campus.<br />
Cost <strong>of</strong> medicines purchased from the market as well as<br />
pathological/radiological charges incurred in recognized hospitals on the<br />
advice <strong>of</strong> the AMA is reimbursable.<br />
Expenditure on indoor treatment, under the advice <strong>of</strong> the AMA in a<br />
recognized hospital in an entitled class <strong>of</strong> accommodation equivalent to<br />
Group C employees will be reimbursed by the institute subject to a<br />
ceiling <strong>of</strong> Rs.50,000/- at a time (for one illness episode).<br />
8.4 Hospitals Empanelled for treatment <strong>of</strong> students:<br />
1. All the hospitals recognized for staff for 100% reimbursement.<br />
2. Godrej Memorial Hospital<br />
3. P.D.Hinduja National Hospital<br />
4. Fortis Hospital (Wockhardt)<br />
5. L.H.Hiranandani Hospital<br />
Treatment <strong>of</strong> chronic cases or prolonged illness requiring special<br />
medical treatment for a long period will be responsibility <strong>of</strong> the<br />
parents/guardians <strong>of</strong> the students.
