regulatory challenges in the power sector. Mr Nirupam<br />

Sen, Minister for Power, West Bengal, was the Chief<br />

Guest. Eminent dignitaries including Mr Malay Kumar<br />

De, Principal Secretary, Power & NES, West Bengal,<br />

and Chairman & Managing Director, West Bengal State<br />

Electricity Distribution Company Ltd., Mr Prasad Ranjan<br />

Roy, Chairperson, West Bengal Electricity Regulatory<br />

<strong>CII</strong> Eastern Region and the India Representative Office of<br />

<strong>CII</strong> Eastern Region organised an interactive session with<br />

Rear Admiral S Kulshrestha, Director General of Naval<br />

Armament Inspection (DGNAI), Indian Navy in Kolkata.<br />

The objective of the session was to brief the participants<br />

on the specific requirements of Naval Armaments and<br />
