Jonathan Croft Head of Capital Markets
Jonathan Croft joined the Capital Markets division of AdviCorp in 2003 and was appointed Managing Director in 2004.
His previous experience included director of convertible bonds at WestLB and HSBC in London. He has eighteen years
experience from both the buy and sell side of the equity derivatives markets. He has worked on primary deals ranging
from high investment grade to small-cap private placements. Jonathan Croft has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and
a Master’s in Economics from London University.
Paolo Sabbadini Senior Advisor, Corporate Finance
Before joining AdviCorp, Paolo Sabbadini was with MS Group, a Italian/Israeli commercial mediation company where
he headed up the companies M&A operations. In this role he assisted Israeli clients with transactions in the defence,
renewable energy, and real estate sector. In 2006 he was a financial agent at the bank of Cassa dei Risparmio di Milano e
della Lombardia. In 2002 he was nominated COO of a advertising firm with offices located in Italy and the UK. In
addition he has worked for various industrial and printing groups in Italy. Paolo Sabbadini is a graduate from the
Institute of Production Engineering” in Tel Aviv and obtained a masters in marketing at the European Institute of
Design in Italy.
