Terms and definitions General (a) For the purposes of this guideline, the following terms and definitions apply. (b) Any reference to a particular form or regulation in this guideline, such as 'form 23', or 'r 11', is a reference to that form, or that regulation, in the Land Transfer Regulations 2002.
