Services<br />
<strong>Oakland</strong> <strong>Schools</strong>, in cooperation with<br />
local school districts, will provide<br />
assistance in coordinating assistive<br />
technology services for students by<br />
developing and supporting:<br />
❏ A student- and family-centered<br />
technology team.<br />
❏ Working partnerships with outside<br />
agencies.<br />
❏ Coordination and cooperation<br />
between LEAs, ISDs, and Regions.<br />
❏ A transition planning team.<br />
