A motion was made by Commissioner Martin, seconded by Commissioner
Poe, and carried to approve permit for T.G. Womack to remove grass
from shoreline out for 35 feet and remove grass from canal on the following
described property on Lake Hart:
The North 190 feet of the South 290 feet of the
North 2995 of the West 1/4 of Section 28,
Township 24 South, Range 31 East (less: the
West 30 feet from County road).
subject to the following stipulation:
That the use of back hoe be precluded and authorize the
use of front end loader on minimum basis to scrape the
grass from water lines.

Notice having been given that a public hearing would be held in the
County Commissioners' Meeting Room to hear those for or against the
application of Paul H. Porter to construct a boat dock for personal use
on the following described property on Lake Cane -
Lot 4, Block A, Piney Oak Shores, Plat Book W, Page 89 -
and the hour having arrived, the Chairman called on the staff for a
report.
Report from the Engineering Department indicated no objections to the
proposed construction. No one appeared in opposition and a motion was
made by Commissioner Thomas, seconded by Commissioner Poe, and
carried to grant Paul H. Porter permission to construct a boat dock for
personal use on Lot 4, Block A, Piney Oak Shores, Lake Cane subject to
the following stipulations:
No part of the structure shall be closer than fifteen (15) feet
to the property line;

objections to the confirmation of resolution determining to make proposed
improvements in connection with R.I. B. Project #276, and the hour
