A motion was made by Commissioner Benham, seconded by Commissioner
Arthur, and carried to approve request of the developer of Lake Waunatta
Woods, Unit I, and grant variance to the subdivision regulations and eliminate
sidewalks subject to the following stipulation:
That the developer install a seven foot bikewaysidewalk
combination from the point where the
island breaks to the shelter area off of FTU
Boulevard within the next 60 days.
Commissioners Martin and Poe voted No.

The Board accepted for filing building permits approved by the County
Engineering Department as of April 29, 1976.

Upon motion by Commissioner Benham, seconded by Commissioner Thomas,
and carried, General Waterworks Corporation was granted permission to
construct an eight inch fire main at 2822 Forsyth Road between FTU Boulevarc
and Hanging Moss Road subject to Underground Utility Permit.

Upon motion by Commissioner Benham, seconded by Commissioner Thomas,
and carried, Winter Park Telephone Company was granted permission to
bury communications cable in Eastbrook Subdivision between Aloma Avenue
and Seagrape Drive.

Upon motion by Commissioner Berham, seconded by Commissioner Thomas,
and carried, Southern Bell Telephone Company was granted permission to

from the Old Winter Garden Road to the front
of 2 9 S. McKinley;
Replace 123 feet of defective buried telephone
cable at 5219 and 5221 Ashwood Place (Pine Hills)
rear of property.
Bury cable on Carter Street at intersection with
Ellis Street;
Bury cable on Hunter Avenue between Edgewater
Drive and Grant Boulevard.
