Born in Bucharest in 1970.Dental studies were followed from 1998 to
1994 within the "Ovidius" University of Constanta and after within the
Faculty of Dentistry from Bucharest. After graduating, between 1995-
1997, he followed residency courses specializing in general dentistry
within the Bucharest Faculty of Dentistry. In 1998 he started his
academic career and now is Lecturer and Head of the Training and
Oral Rehabilitation Department. In 2005 Dr. Vlad Naicu received the
title of Doctor of Medical Sciences in the field of computer interaction with dental
medicine. In the year of 2000 he established a private dental clinic called "MG Medical"
which soon became one of the leading providers of dental services on a monthly
subscription basis. The belonging to the University meant for Dr. Naicu a permanent
professional development based on scientific activity of academic and private medical
activity in the clinic which led to the development of teamwork qualities as a leader,
especially of a direct contact with people, both as beneficiaries of his work and as
members of teams he leads.
