The Contractor shall notify the Contracting Officer and seek approval where<br />

necessary to fulfill its obligations under the <strong>contract</strong>. Compliance with this clause in<br />

no way alters the obligations of the Contractor under any other provision of this<br />

<strong>contract</strong>.<br />

Organization chart. As promptly as possible after the execution of this <strong>contract</strong>, the<br />

<strong>contract</strong>or shall furnish to the <strong>contract</strong>ing officer a chart showing the names, duties,<br />

and organization of key personnel (see 48 CFR 952.215-70) to be employed in<br />

connection with the work, and shall furnish supplemental information to reflect any<br />

changes as they occur.<br />

Supervisory representative of <strong>contract</strong>or. Unless otherwise directed by the<br />

<strong>contract</strong>ing officer, a competent full-time resident supervisory representative of the<br />

<strong>contract</strong>or satisfactory to the <strong>contract</strong>ing officer shall be in charge of the work at the<br />

site, and any work off-site, at all times.<br />

(DEVIATION) Control of employees. The <strong>contract</strong>or shall be responsible for<br />

maintaining satisfactory standards of employee competency, conduct, and integrity<br />

and shall be responsible for taking such disciplinary action with respect to its<br />

employees as may be necessary.<br />

Standards and procedures. The <strong>contract</strong>or shall establish such standards and<br />

procedures as are necessary to implement the requirements set forth in 48 CFR<br />

970.0371. Such standards and procedures shall be subject to the approval of the<br />

<strong>contract</strong>ing officer.<br />

The <strong>contract</strong>or shall take all reasonable precautions in the work under this <strong>contract</strong><br />

to protect DOE programs, facilities, technology, personnel, unclassified sensitive<br />

information and classified matter from foreign intelligence threats and activities<br />

conducted for governmental or industrial purposes, in accordance with DOE Order<br />

5670.3, Counterintelligence Program; Executive Order 12333, U.S. Intelligence<br />

Activities; and other pertinent national and De<strong>part</strong>mental Counterintelligence<br />

requirements.<br />

(Modification) The <strong>contract</strong>or shall appoint a qualified employee(s) to function as<br />

the Contractor Counterintelligence Officer to support all facilities for which the<br />

Oak Ridge Office has cognizance for the Counterintelligence function. The<br />
