Assessment of <strong>Pelvic</strong> Ring and Acetabulum<br />
<strong>Fracture</strong>s<br />
The evaluation of a pelvic injury has to be based on repeated checks of the patient’s<br />
vital parameters, a detailed clinical examination and a structured radiographic<br />
evaluation. Emergency decisions can usually be based on a pelvis AP X-Ray,<br />
whereas the detailed classification is assigned after additional oblique projections.<br />
