St. James attorney and local
resident, William C. McCulloh,

With over 20 years as a member
of the New York City Police Department,
Bill retired as a Detective
Lieutenant in 2004. During
his time with the Police Department
in New York, Bill worked as
an undercover agent, as an Assistant
Managing Deputy Attorney
of the NYPD Civil Enforcement
Unit and as a prosecutor. He
trained at the Queens District Attorney’s
office. He now applies
the principles of prosecution to
the benefit of his clients’ defense.
He is a member of the
American Bar Association, New
York State Bar Association, Suffolk
County Bar Association,
Matrimonial Association and the
Lieutenant Benevolent Association.
He is also a member in
good standing with the New York
County, Suffolk County and New
York State Family Law Section.
Bill formed and ran the DWI Forfeiture
of Cars Unit.

billed every 60 days to keep you
updated on all billing fees. Flat
fees are offered for matters such
as real estate transactions and
uncontested divorces. Cases such
as collection matters can be
charged on a contingency basis
with a percentage of your settlement
being your legal fee. Most
appointments are conducted during
normal business hours.
Evening and weekend appointments
are available as necessary.
