Santa Claus is coming to town<br />
Saturday, December 18, 2010. The<br />
<strong>St</strong>. <strong>James</strong> Fire Department will<br />
once again play host to Santa<br />
Claus and his friends for the 30th<br />
annual Christmas and Holiday Parade<br />
“The Festival of Lights.”<br />
The <strong>St</strong>. <strong>James</strong> Fire Department<br />
Juniors are having a food drive for<br />
the local food pantry and are requesting<br />
all donations of nonperishable<br />
food items to be brought to<br />
the Main Fire House on Route 25A<br />
and Lake Avenue before 5 p.m. on<br />
December 18. They will also be<br />
collecting at the Mills Pond Elementary<br />
School at approximately<br />
7:15 p.m. that night.<br />
The parade departs at 5 p.m. Be<br />
sure to see all the brightly lit and<br />
holiday decorated fire trucks as<br />
they travel throughout the streets of<br />
<strong>St</strong>. <strong>James</strong> in celebration of this holiday<br />
season.<br />
The Fire Department requests<br />
residents on side streets to keep<br />
their cars off the road and move<br />
them into driveways during the parade<br />
as this route has some very<br />

p.m. Then they will take a 20<br />
minute break at <strong>St</strong>ation Two and<br />
then on with the parade. They will<br />
pass the Luthern Church at 6:45<br />
p.m. and then on to Mills Pond Elementary<br />
School at 7:15 p.m. (15<br />
minutes) where candy cane s will<br />
be passed out and you can take<br />
pictures with all the characters.<br />
The <strong>St</strong>. <strong>James</strong> Fire Department<br />
