Status<br />

• Pike County Public Lake is open to the public without a concessionaire.<br />

C<strong>of</strong>fee <strong>and</strong> Dale County Public Lakes are operated by local city<br />

representatives. DeKalb County Public Lake is operated by a<br />

representative <strong>of</strong> the county government. City <strong>and</strong> county <strong>of</strong>ficials serve<br />

as lake managers. Pike County Public Lake has been operated without a<br />

manager with marginal success. Lake operations are under further study.<br />
