Tents
When Fjällräven introduced its first tent Termo in 1964 it was a revolution that contributed to a whole
new outlook on outdoor life. Still today we are continuing our strong tradition in the development of
great tents.
Strength in every detail
Our tents have flysheets made from a newly developed, extremely strong polyester fabric that is treated
with four layers of silicone on both sides. You can read more about it on page 45. The tent poles in 7075
t9 aluminium are extremely durable and made to withstand stress and strains. In lightweight models we
use Yunan Ultra Light aluminium poles.
Tent Overview
That a tent should be durable and safe in all kinds of weather we take for granted – but it is the well thought through
details which make us fall in love with our outdoor home.
Fjällräven’s inner and outer tents are connected in all models, so they can be pitched at the same time. In addition,
the low-friction pole channels, colour-coded poles and easily adjustable pole feet and guy lines all help make pitching
a Fjällräven tent very easy, even in high winds.
Great features and high quality throughout make our tents a regular sight in the outdoors, all year round.

Nordic Style: The outer
and inner tents are
connected, but can easily
be separated if necessary.
Colour Coding: Poles of
different lengths are marked
with colour codes. The
sleeve has the same colour
as its corresponding pole,
which makes it easy to
match poles and sleeves.
Folded Seams: All
Fjällräven tents have folded
seams for added strength
in high winds. This means
that the sewing thread
passes through four layers
of fabric for the highest
possible durability and water
resistance.
Aluminium
Poles: Aluminium
lightweight poles
with elastic silicon
cords that can
withstand the cold.
Guyline: 2 mm thick
polyester storm lines that
are strategically placed
around the tent. It is
possible to fasten the storm
lines with only one hand,
even when wearing gloves.
V-Bag: The V-shaped compression bag makes
packing you tent simple and keeps volume down.
Great visibility. The UN Blue colour has
become a signature for Fjällräven’s tents.
But it wasn’t chosen to reflect the sky,
rather because it is one of the most visible
colours there is, in all weather conditions
and all types of terrain.
